Product introduction:
Based on the market demand, the factory has developed the unique domestic small production line equipment of cotton quilt. This machine can change the length and width of cotton quilt at any time according to different requirements, and replace the manual tearing of cotton quilt.
Purpose: the machine is used to lay the combed cotton wool into a certain thickness and width for the next process.
Main specifications and parameters
1. The total height of the screen laying machine is 2700mm. Input curtain, and use wooden curtain or leather curtain for the bottom strip.
2. Input curtain width: 1200mm/1700mm; output curtain width: 2600mm/3000mm.
3. Power, reciprocating 1.5kw with type 80 /10:1 worm gear box, 1.5kw with bottom curtain 1.5kw with type 120/50:1 worm gear drawing machine 1.1kw-6.
